About The Coach
My Story
Ms. Onedia N. Gage is a business development expert which coaches other businesses and CEO’s on how to elevate their business to the goal of their achievement. With strategy at hand, Gage challenges business owners to change to upgrade their standards and redefine excellence. She coaches business owners on having tough conversations and making tough decisions.
Gage has been inspiring entrepreneurs with her transparent dialogue for several years. As the founder of a national not-for-profit, owner of two franchises, the author of 75 books, and the founder of a publishing firm. Gage has saved many businesses where she has worked and others via coaching the owner. She is known for taking the business from being in the worst position and growing them into successful organizations. Her strategies are uniquely bold and unapologetically outlandish. Her results are polished and respected, anticipated and exciting. Her client’s businesses have grown in excess of 110% and their goals have been met in time which exceeded their expectations.
Her life philosophy is three-fold: A) ―What have you done today to invest in your future? B) Reading is essential to your positive contribution to our community; and, C) ―If not me, who? If not now, when? She feels her time is best spent when other entrepreneurs benefit from her experiences.
Gage is the founder of A Girl’s Day and The Mother-Daughter Communication Retreat. These two organizations support her mission to motivate and inspire youth to expand their achievements.
